Dettman Insurance Agency LLC operates this website. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect. When you submit the quote form or the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you provide about the coverage you are asking about. We do not collect anything else through this site, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it. We use it to prepare a quote, to answer your question, and to follow up with you about it. That is the whole purpose.

Who sees it. Submissions are stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to Dettman Insurance staff. If you ask us to quote your coverage, we will share the details necessary to obtain that quote with the insurance companies we approach on your behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it. We retain quote and contact submissions for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed Florida insurance agency.

Your choices. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will handle it. If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us and we will stop.

Children. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
